Christmas is almost here

You know I have noticed that time speeds up as you grow older, but this year seems to have taken a major leap forwward into hyper-speed. Maybe it has to do with living in Grande Prairie. The pace of life here is just very hectic.
I have been fortunate enough to get the whole week off between Christmas and New Years so that will give us a fair bit of time to spend in Sask visiting with freinds and family. We are looking forward to seeing everyone out there, especially our parents. We are hoping for good weather for travelling. It seems like this fall it just will not quit snowwing. I read in the paper the other day that since the snow started to fly in Oct. we've been dumped on with nearly 115 cm. of the lovely white stuff.
Sorry there's no pictures this time. Maybe next time.
Merry Christmas to all of you.

That is a huge amount of snow. Out here we have been getting the same kind of weather but the stuff falling from the sky is a bit wetter. We did have a big dump of snow but it is gone, thanks to all the rain. Some places on the lower mainland have had more rain than they've had in over 100 years. I think some places on the island must be the same.

This stupid thing is still not letting me sign in. I am getting very frustrated.

I pray that you guys have a great time in Sask and that the roads are clear when you go. God Bless you all and a merry Christmas to you.

I'd love a snowy Christmas, and for this crazy wind to die down for just a few minutes and stop ripping down all the lovely trees here.
Hope you have a wonderful Christmas and very clear roads.

Anyway, I also wiish you guys a Merry Christmas, and a safe trip! I wish I could come to Saskatchewan for Christmas and see Grandma and Grandpa and everyone. But I guess they were here last year, so that's pretty good.
