Just a tiny display of God's glory in a sunset.
Hey all you blogging Brauns. We thought we'd post a couple more pictures of where we live. Ashley may have posted some of these on her blog already so we appologize if we doubled up.
This one is of the "lake" that we have behind our house. You can see that it is actually more of a pond. Chat with you later. Abe & Maggie.

Those are beautiful.Ashley did post a few pictures but different ones and you can never have too many pictures.
I have really enjoyed you guys blogging. It makes me feel like maybe I do still have a brother Abe and a sister in law Margaret. I had almost forgot. Why do we let so much time go by. This is so great.
That may not be much of a lake but I think it's still beautiful. So are you guys in Clairmont or where?? Sad that I don't know that.
I love the picture of the sky reflecting in the "lake". Reflections like that always make me wonder if I reflect God's love as clearly as that lake reflects the sky?
Yah Mitz, it is pretty sad how we can so easily let the time pass pass and not have any contact with family. This blogging thing is cool and definately does seem to shorten the miles between us, and yes we do live in Clairmont. it is about 5 min north of GP.
Becky, because of the continual wind that seems to blow here all the time our pond often does not give a very good reflection. I find that the winds of life often seem to do the same thing to me. I allow the waves and the ripples of life to distort my ability to give an accurate reflection of God. But there are times when God's peace comes in an there is calm and contentment. It is then that I believe that i am able to reflect His character to those around me.
Exactly! Cept you said it better than I could.
We enjoy hearing from all of you as well, we are always anxious to see if we have any comments. Keep them up!
I am so happy that we all like blogging. Every morning I get up and come downstairs to the computer. The first thing I do is check my email and then I spend at least 1/2 hour checking blogs and commenting on new posts. I feel like I am a little more connected to those of us who live somewhere other than paradise. Just kidding, but this is a pretty amazing place to live. Abe, my foster daughter Jasmine said she would "really, really love to meet Brittany" I think maybe you should plan a visit to the Island before the snow flies. Oh, yeah. Then school starts, then winter comes. OK. Maybe next Spring? It would be great to see you and your family.
In this town, that's definately a lake, be careful, you may get people on motorboats with water skis out there. Yipes. It's pretty though!
Those are wonderful pictures. Welll, you are in Clairmont. Oddly enough, I know EXACTLY where that is. That is where Ellen ( biological mother and her hubby Bruce) had a house until this year. They sold it and are now living in Grande Prairie.
