Hello out there. We just got some pictures back today of our time in Sask. This was a funny one of Dad. He seemed to think that using his hands for binoculars could maybe help him see a little better. I'm not sure if it worked but it sure looked funny. We love his sense of humor.

That is the coolest picture of Dad. LOL. I hope I have his sense of humor when I get to be that old. Wait! I don't even have it now. I guess there are still things I can learn from my father.
the funny thing about this was that he said it actually made a big difference... we were tryingto watch across the street where they were working on a house and grampa put on his "binoculars"... he said not having the peripheral stuff helped focus his eyes forward... it was pretty cool
Yes we thought that if that works that is good. We sure do love them, they have taught us so much through the years.

I love that Dad can laugh at himself. I think it is a very important character trait. What a cool picture and story.
